Future Plan and Prospects

Hong Kong people love to go out for dinning.  Hong Kong has another name called "Eating Paradise" in the international market, many tourist come to Hong Kong only for "Eat".  Therefore, restaurant industry is still having a good future and development space in the market. 

Hang Heung's Kitchen is able to identify the needs of the current market.  As mentioned earlier, the healthy conscious of dinning out is increasing.  Customers aware the adverse effect of eating MSG products, thus "NO MSG" food will be a trend in the future restaurant industry. 

In the short-run, Hang Heung's Kitchen will target open more outlets in the 2007 in Hong Kong and Mainland China.  At this stage, the Hang Heung's Kitchen intent to focus on the internal operation; product production and marketing in order to provide high quality of food and reputation to the public.
In the long run, the company goal is to build a "NO MSG" chain restaurant internationally, especially in the Mainland China.   To achieve the above ambition, Hang Heung's Kitchen must continue to serve our customers with good quality of food at a reasonable price and always aware what the customers want.
